- Sizes 3436, 3836, 2836 cottage lower sash, 21036 cottage lower sash, 3036 cottage lower sash, 3436 cottage lower sash, 3442 cottage upper sash, 3836 cottage lower sash and 3842 cottage upper sash.
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
