The Andersen Parts Store accepts orders from and ships to the continental United States and Canada. For customers in Hawaii and Alaska, additional shipping charges for replacement parts will be applied.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 6 business days. "Lead time" refers to the amount of time until your part will ship from our warehouse; it does not include transit time. We will send you a shipment confirmation once your order leaves our warehouse.
Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS or shipped by common carrier at our discretion. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please allow for transit time after you order has been shipped. To check the status of your order, click here.
Products classified as a hazardous material (hazmat) like paint and adhesives can only be shipped via ground service. These products may be shipped separately from other items in your order.
