- Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for
- Sizes 3842, 21042 cottage lower sash, 3042 cottage lower sash, 3442 cottage lower sash, 3452 cottage upper sash, 3842 cottage lower sash and 3852 cottage upper sash.
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
