- Sizes 21056 cottage lower sash (1992 to Present), 3056 cottage lower sash (1992 to Present), 3456 cottage lower sash (1992 to Present), 3456 equal, 3856 cottage lower sash (1992 to Present) and 3856 equal.
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
