Description
- Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for sizes 2446 (1992 to 2017), 2656 cottage (1992 to 2017), 2456 cottage Upper (1992 to 2017), 24510 cottager Upper and 3846 cottage Lower
- Also used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for sizes 1846 (1992 to 2017), 1856 cottage upper sash (1992 to 2017), 3046 (1992 to 2017), 3056 cottage Upper (1992 to 2017), 1846 cottage lower sash, 18510 cottage upper sash, 2846 cottage lower sash, 21046 cottage lower sash and 30510 cottage upper sash.
- Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
