Description
- Used with all HP glass types prior to April 2012 and with units with 2.2 etched into glass for
- Sizes 3846 (1992 to 2017), 3856 cottage upper sash, 3446 cottage lower sash and 38510 cottage upper sash.
- Used with units with 3.0 etched into glass for
- Sizes 21046 (1992 to 2017), 21056 cottage upper sash, 2646 cottage lower sash, 210510 cottage upper sash and 3846 cottage lower sash.
- Balancer was modified in 2016 - order quantity of two when ordering replacements for a unit manufactured prior to November 2016.
- Balancer allows for smooth operation and maintains the position of the window sash.
- Balancers are found in the side jambs of both the upper and lower sash.
- When ordering balancers we recommend replacing all balancers and the window side jamb liners.
